Here is her Bio-

Hi! My name is Whitney Long. As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Dietitian (CEDRD), I am passionate about helping you live a more fulfilling life where food rules and fear have no place.

I received both my Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Dietetics from Marshall University. I completed my Dietetic internship at Marshall University and then headed out to Tulsa, Oklahoma and completed a summer sports nutrition internship at the University of Tulsa. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, disordered eating, sports nutrition, and general wellness. Through a health at every size perspective, I can also support you in managing the following conditions: Celiac disease, plant based nutrition, diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, high cholesterol, and kidney disease.

I have over four years of experience working with eating disorders, disordered eating and helping individuals have a better relationship with food and their body. I practice from a health at every size perspective with a focus on intuitive eating, focusing on creating healthful behaviors that improve your overall health. I am passionate about helping people live their best life as a whole. I am a dreamer, but I believe that God didn’t put us on this earth to live mediocre lives. I look forward to helping you journey beyond mediocrity!

I recently moved from West Virginia to Oklahoma with my husband and our two dogs. “Y’all” will likely hear my West Virginia accent from time to time. As an Oklahoma City transplant, it has been fun checking out all of the fun areas Oklahoma City has to offer- from the Paseo Art’s District to Automobile Alley. I love trying out all of the local restaurants and coffee shops. You may also find me trying not to kill my house plants and working with my husband on fixing up our dream home.
